Not a suggestion
But a command

Their obedience to Jesus is rewarded by the Spirit. So often we have opportunity within God’s sovereignty but must take responsibility to understand God’s commands. When we delay our obedience to God, or do things our way, instead of The Way of Jesus, it grieves the Spirit of God and quenches His plan in and through our lives throwing water on the fire of God in our hearts. Father God, help me to recognize Your Word, to hear Your commands, and be swiftly obedient to Your customized plan for my life, so that all my heart, soul, mind and strength is pleasing to You, in Jesus’ name, Amen.
